  • If I buy this item and a deck mounted roman faucet, how do I turn on the water for the shower head?

    A. If you purchased the Rohl 1301 hand shower set along with a roman tub faucet, you would need a pressure balance trim as well.

  • Do I need to order Rohl part 523 to complete this set or does in include the diverter for the handheld shower component?

    A. The Rohl 1301 does not come with a diverter. If you want to divert at your existing shower arm to the handheld, then the Rohl 523 would work well. You would just not use the wall outlet that comes with this kit.

If material is defective, the limit of damage is the price of the defective material. Proof of purchase (original sales receipt) from the original consumer purchaser must be made available to ROHL LLC for all warranty claims. The warranty is not transferable and is extended solely to the original purchaser of the product.

WARRANTY EXCLUSION: This warranty is for normal domestic use only and excludes defect or injury caused by or resulting from misuse, abuse, neglect, accidental damage, or improper installation.
