    A. All the pieces of the Kohler K-10827-4 shower system are real metal except for the handshower which is plastic with a thin chrome metal finish spray.

  • We are looking for strong water pressure from the wall mount head. Will this suffice?

    A. This Kohler K-10827-4 shower head allows the maximum pressure of 2.5 GPM at 80 PSi. This is the max allowance for all faucet fixtures. This should suffice for your needs.

  • Can you order just the hardware? I have handles and shower head. I just want to up-grade.

    A. You can order the shower arm with integral diverter model K-9511 and then a handshower kit and keep your existing showerhead and handle.

    A. The Kohler K-10827-4 will include a 60" hose.

  • how do I fit this with a thermostatic fixture? any recommendations?

    A. The Kohler K-10827-4 can't be fit with a thermostatic fixture unless you don't use the valve and trim that comes with it. You would be much better served re-creating the kit piece by piece. Please give us a call if you'd like some help doing this.

  • DOES THE HAND HELD SPRAY ON THE K10827-4 SWIVEL ON THE BAR OR DOES IT JUST POINT STRAIGHT AHEAD?

    A. The Kohler K-10827-4 shower head is also multi function.

  • What would I need to install a tub spout with this? Is it possible? I would think just a different valve maybe? If this doesn't work, what set up similar to this would work?

    A. The Kohler K-10827-4 would just need to have a diverter tub spout plumbed into the piping. The Kohler K-10280-4 is the same collection. No valve change is necessary. Thanks!

  • Will a Moen posi Temp Valve work with this Kohler system?

    A. The Kohler K-10827-4 is designed to work specifically with the Kohler "Rite-Temp" pressure balancing valve. This shower trim will not work with the Moen Posi Temp valve.

  • Can the hand held sprayer be used simultaneously with the wall mounted sprayer?

    A. The Kohler K-10827-4 setup will not allow you to use the functions together only to swap between them.

Decent For the money, you would think these shower heads did more. There are only 2 settings per head and you can only use one at a time. Also, don't try to put in yourself. My contractor wouldn't even touch it. The plumber had to completely disassemble this in order to put it together. Not easy at all April 19, 2011
my advice Well made construction and love the design. The only thing I would prefer is if you could run both heads at the same time. The diverter only allows either the hand held OR the fixed head to be on, but not both. April 16, 2011
Excellent Product Beautiful, Easy to Install and well worth the money. I was concerned about water pressure but the pressure from the shower head is good and the water pressure from the hand held is great. Most of my family prefers a strong shower and they opting to shower from the hand held which is easily adjustable for our 10 in height differences. Contractor said it was very easy to install. I finished with other Kohler Forte products and came out with a stunning master. November 21, 2010
Luxurious We remodeled our bathroom and decided to upgrade the shower system. All I can say is wow!! what a difference from what we had. I love the three spray settings and the handshower is great also. A bonus with the handshower is that it is excellent for cleaning the shower! Very high quality componets except for the handshower plasticy handle. It really adds a touch of elegance and a spa feel to the shower,well worth the money and I don't regret buying it. Searched everywhere for the best price and faucet direct beat em! June 20, 2010

The shower system works great. Turning the spray off/on is not that convenient as you have to reach up to a lever, but I rarely use it. I have the feeling it was silly to spend so much on a shower system but had to have one that fit my builders specs in two days and this one was did and was very well reviewed. When I ordered it here I had to have it in two days and they told me not to pay for the 1 or 2 day delivery as it would arrive then anyway as they could see it was in a nearby warehouse. That was nice! Expense would be my only complaint for the system. November 28, 2009
Beautiful Shower This is a wonderful shower head. It adjusts several different ways. I love the hand held alternative. Please watch how high you install the main head as the on/off for the hand held is on the main shower head pipe. September 17, 2009

Kohler Lifetime Limited Warranty

Kohler Co. warrants its faucets to be leak and drip free during normal residential use for as long as the original purchaser owns his/her home.* If the faucet should leak or drip during normal use, Kohler will, free of charge, mail to the purchaser the cartridge necessary to put the faucet in good working condition.

Kohler also warrants all other aspects of the faucet, except gold finish, to be free of defects in material and workmanship during normal residential use for as long as the original purchaser owns his/her own home. If a defect is found in normal residential use, Kohler Co. will (at its election) repair, provide a replacement part or product, or make appropriate adjustment. Damage to a product caused by accident, misuse, or abuse is not covered by this warranty.

Proof of purchase (original sales receipt) must be provided to Kohler with all warranty claims. Kohler Co. is not responsible for labor charges, installation, or other consequential costs.
