Product Reviews

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Good Design, Cheap components The faucet is elegant and well-designed. It was easy to install but needed extra-thickness support. Because it is very tall, installing it in the sheetmetal of the sink alone made it very wobbly. The "Faucet Extender" included is useless for this purpose. I made a 1" thick plate of HDPE plastic instead that works very well. The faucet started leaking at the handle 3 months after installation. A call to customer service was well-received and resulted in them shipping a new cartridge immediately. I am afraid that the cartridge is made of cheap materials and will not last long. Overall, I am disappointed in the quality. Saving costs will result in a relatively short lifetime.
