classy knobs look great I was very surprised at thr quality off the knobs. I never ordered anything like this online and am very happy with the results. I have had many complements on the look and heavy quality. I would recommend this product to any one just as long as their not in my neighborhood as I like having things others dont. Just what I wanted I recently ordered Weslock Impressa knobs for 18 doors in my home and am completely happy with the purchase. These aren’t high-end but a great, very reasonably priced knob. The parts are all metal and have a nice solid feel. I ordered a Copper Creek brand for the upstairs rooms and those have a much “lighter duty” feel. That’s why I choose to upgrade to Weslock for the downstairs doors (many of which are exteriors). April 27, 2011

Poorly Engineered We returned the knobsets because they would not turn sufficiently to open the door. I tried different ones to see if it was just one of them but no, they all did not work. They are the strangest engineered knobset that I have ever installed. I do not know what the engineers were thinking. I even contacted Westlock to ensure that I was not missing something or the hole placement was wrong, but they could not offer a solution. I therefore had no option but to return them. April 20, 2011

Beautiful These doorknobs are gorgeous, classic look and unlike anything you will find at any local hardware store for an incredible price. All metal construction, heavy and beautiful rubbed bronze color. Shipping was incredibly fast, I ordered on a Friday night and received Monday, free shipping included, on my order of 15 sets. Stylish and classic We just love our new knobs, they fit the decor in our guest bedrooms and bath just perfectly! Easy to install, (I did all 8 myself) after hubby drilled larger (1") latch holes. (This was easily done in minutes with a boring jig but did create a bit of sawdust.) Love that these locksets included 2 backset options AND 2 strike plate options and that the handle of the door pulls off for easy installation of the faceplate screws. Our new locksets are striking and functional. October 18, 2010

fits an older home perfectly Looking for a knob to match the others in my circa 1922 home, for a remodeled master bath and closet... without breaking the bank. This looks fabulous and cost the same as a much less attractive knob from building supply store. Came quickly in the mail, installed without a hitch, and I really love the way ti looks. Weslock Warranty

Warranties cover the original residential user of Weslock® Products against defects in material and workmanship as long as the original user occupies the residential premises upon which the product was originally installed. This warranty DOES NOT COVER abused or misused products or if a Weslock® Product is used in commercial applications. Upon return of a defective Product to Weslock®, Weslock® shall either repair or replace the Product. Or upon written approval from Weslock® we may refund up to 50% of the purchase price of the product when the defective product and the original cash receipt of the Weslock® product is sent to Weslock®. Weslock® is not responsible for the cost to install the product or any defects caused by incorrect installation.

Please allow 4 to 6 weeks for warranty work or refund.

A finish deterioration occurring from the use or paints, solvents, or other chemicals is not a defect in the finish and is not covered by this warranty. Weslock® is not liable for incidental or consequential damages. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitations of incidental or consequential damages, so the above exclusion may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific c legal rights and you may also have other rights that vary from state to state.
