    A. The sprayer for the Vigo VG02007 can not switch from spray to solid stream.

  • Does this hose expand or pull out an additional amount from the spring head? It says 20" retractable.

    A. The Vigo VG02007 hose does not pull out anymore than is pictured. By retractable they mean the spring loading that holds the hose. The spray head hose feeds through the loop pictured above it, and it can be pulled down into the sink through this loop. When released, the spring pulls the spray head back up to the loop.

Amazing faucet and sink from Vigo! Purchased this faucet with a 32" Vigo kitchen sink for a recent kitchen remodel and could not be happier! The sink was an amazing value. Just $300 for a 32" wide, 10" deep, 16 gauge stainless steel sink (VG3219C). The faucet is really solid. So far, the performance of this faucet has exceeded my expectations. Very powerful spray from the prerinse, and great functionality from the aerated faucet. Packaged well and shipped to my door quickly. Thank you FaucetDirect! I will be letting all of my friends know about the great service and quality products I've received. September 28, 2011
Replacement Faucet I purchased a product what I thought was like this one from a Big Box Store to find the faucet has been discontinued and parts are no longer available. I found this one on FausetDirect.com and paid a few dollars more than the one from the Big Box Store and got the top of the line Stainless Steel model. All American made with all the hardware to install including the supply lines! Install was a breeze with the easy read instructions. Superior product. September 2, 2011
Very Pleased I bought this faucet/sprayer 2 months ago and I am very happy with it. I was worried about the spray pressure being too weak but its strong and powerful. The only thing I can say that is not good is that it is leans and is not straight up from the sink deck. I don't believe its the installation. Maybe they all do that I don't know. I am OK with that because I like the sprayer so much. The installer said it went in easy. If it ever breaks I would get another one, its become a necessity. I have a deep sink to prevent excessive splashing. It really gets the food off dishes and the sand off spinach. Other faucets like this cost twice as much or more. This is a VERY good value.
