Whole-House Media Air Cleaner 4 5 2 2

Good but has flaws This was purchased to replace an existing filter system that did not allow for a traditional filter housing installation. This unit is both a filter housing and a 90 degree duct so as to allow for installation in a narrower area than a standard 90 degree return duct and filter housing combination would allow. It does however have some design flaws in that the internal seals and front door leak in unfiltered air into the system. Need to add additional foam gasket internally and tape front and rear doors to address this issue. But again if you are handy enough to install this yourself these small mods should require little effort. January 5, 2011
