This is what they call a tub surround correct? How thick is it? How may pieces does it come in? Can it be cut to fit a window in the tub?

Can I install it over tile?

A. It is not recommended to install the Sterling 71224100. Even though the tile would be covered, there would be a tendency for moisture to get in the grout lines and eventually grow mold behind the Sterling 71224100.

The question below was never answered - can it be cut? In may case I have a attic ceiling that slopes and would need to cut an edge.
