Faucet Direct gets 5 stars along with the product. Good price, arrived on time.
The product itself is a great bargain. Similar "big name" products like this cost 4 to 5 times more, yet don't really deliver any more. Highly recommend this product.

Love this hand held shower head
We purchased 2 hand held shower heads from Home Depot and Lowe's. They both had to go back - not enough pressure and incredibly stiff hoses. Decided to take a chance on these and we love them. Also bought VS-#3232. Upstairs bathroom has terrible water pressure and this model works like we have strong pressure. Like the bit of rubber on the handle for gripping and the shower head is notched for easy turning. We now rarely use our original shower head and if we had realized how good the Speakman hand held shower head was, we might not have needed to buy the model with the 3-way diverter (just used the hand held only), but it is nice to have the option.
