8"/200MM Inline Mixed Flow Duct Fan 5 5 2 2
Great fan I used this fan to replace an old squirrel cage fan for the central venting system I have in my house (for 3 bathrooms). Fan is quiet, well built and powerful. Great purchase! August 16, 2011
exactly what we needed I purchased this unit to help push heat from our wood burning insert to the rest of the house. I cut a vent in the ceiling above the insert and connected it to 8" flex duct that was routed to the back half of the house this ended up into 2- 6" ceiling vents . I installed the fan unit in line pulling the air to the back of the house. the results were excellent. the fan managed to take enough heat to the back to even out the temps in the whole house. it stays around 70* at all times. we no longer need to run the baseboard heat anywhere in the house. the house is about 2750 sq ft.
