Poor quality control
This light appeared as though someone had attempted an install and then decided to return it. Extra holes had been drilled into the diffuser mount and it still did not line up. The second set of instruction sheets were missing.
I was able to get the the light up anyway but the lousy construction causes the brown metal ends to mis-align with the glass.
Overall I would have expected more from a $310 fixture. I can't blame LightingDirect.com as I did not contact them for a replacement. I was dreading the idea of trying to repackage this for a return, so I made due.

WHAT IS NOT COVERED:
All costs of removal or reinstallation of the fan.
Damage resulting from failure to follow instructions contained in the box.
Damage resulting from accident, abuse, or neglect
Damage resulting from the application of any exterior coating, or by the addition of any unapproved accessories.
Damage resulting from repair or attempted repair by anyone other than the manufacturer.
Damage resulting from causes other than product defects, including lack of technical skill, competence, or experience of the user.
Glass or acrylic components or accessories.
Minor occurrences of “wobble” are accepted as normal and should not necessarily be considered a defect.
Who may enforce the warranty:
This warranty may be enforced by the original end user only. The original end user must possess a dated proof of purchase from an authorized Quorum dealer to establish a warranty claim.
The product must be returned prepaid to Quorum International.
