Beautiful light. This a a gorgeous light. The mosaic dome is gorgeous when it's off and when it's on. The only thing is that I bought it for my kitchen and because of the thickness of the dome it doesn't let quite enough light out. I remedied this by putting in the highest watt CFL bulbs I could get my hands on (no problem because they're still under the recommended wattage for the product). The light it gives off now is adequate although we all look like we have great tans when we're in the kitchen :). It truly is beautiful and EVERYBODY comments on it. I would recommend it. Perfect lamp for our new vestiblule area! Needed a special ceiling fixture for a landing area in our new entrance way. Loved the look of this lamp with all the mosaic glass. Beautiful light, but.... This really is a beautiful light fixture, unfortunately the globe on the one that I received had a crack in it that I didn't notice until it was already installed (which I am hoping Lighting Direct will rectify with a replacement globe)....so I would recommend you carefully inspect this fixture before installing.
