nice product but incorrect size The base of this product is not 7.5", it is about 6.5 inches. And this matters when you are trying to cover up an older flush mount light that was 7", and left a ring in the popcorn ceiling of your kitchen. Other than that product looks fine, just like it is advertised. On a good note, I was able to get a refund with no problem from lighting direct. But I do wish they would update or remove the question. April 23, 2011
