great drain
Very satisfied with product and company. I had to submit a question because I was very confused on the concept of "overflow" vs "non overflow", and the question was answered promptly and without a hint of concern about my obvious lack of knowledge. Only reason I didn't rate it a 5 is that I didn't install it myself so I couldn't speak to installation.

this prod is very nice. if your doing hammered copper products this is a must...(because there is never a overflow area in a single wall construction). all copper faucets should include this product. (use clear silicone - no need for copper colored type) remember; no need to adjust the pop-up..........

nice drain assembly
I was going to order this with the copper sink but the faucet I bought came with a drain assembly. Turned out it was the wrong type and I had to order this one anyway. I could have saved on the shipping. Looks to be very good quality and was easy to assemble. Looks great with my copper sink. The only thing I don't like is the size of the stopper. It is larger the your average sink stopper. It looks like a giant button to me. Just my opion but I can live with it. I gave it 4 out of 5 star because of the size and I haven't had it that long yet. I would definately buy from faucet direct again. I have had very good experience so far with this company. The staff was very helpful when selecting my sink.

great pop up
easy install... works great... looks great in our copper sink... pleased about the shipping time and also they used shipping peanuts that are dissolveable that's really awesome .....

Pop-up works great!
After looking locally for an oil rubbed bronze pop-up valve and having no luck (not in stock - they would have to order - 2-4 week delivery) I found this on one of my favorite sites and ordered. I recieved it in 4 days and it works & looks great in my vessel sink. My first place to shop is FaucetDirect, fast service, good price & very helpful, courteous staff.

Very Nice Drain Assembly
Works great for Marble sinks (Vessel). I looked and looked and returned and returned until I located these on FaucetDirect. Although, the sinks I bought (at Auction) had small holes pre-drilled in whatever country they came from. I (the Wife) thought all the holes would be the same...HaHaHa...not true. So I learned. Had to have the sinks fabricated(re-drilled bigger) as well as the hole in the Carrera Marble countertop re-drilled after having it fabricated, twice. Again, bought the countertop and sinks the same time, dropped the counter off, picked it up then looked for drain assemblies for the two sinks. None would be long enough to reach the drain pipe underneath, the top threaded part was always too short. Faucet Direct came thru for us again. We bought all our Master Bath Faucets from Faucets Direct.The entire shower stuff, the soaking Roman Tub stuff and a hand sprayer for my tub, 2 Barsink Faucets for the countertop, and the last order was the drain assemblys to hook up the sinks....and they are all beautiful and working wonderfully. Love the Danze Products. Faucet Direct staff is always wonderful and willing to help with any questions, and that makes it a wonderful place to do business, REAL LIVE help right here in America.
