what diverter do you purchase to accompany this shower head?

A. The Premier 120092 comes with the thermostatic trim and valve. If you would like the tub spout with diverter, you'll want the model number 120093. I hope this helps!

Could you explain how the temperature of the water as well as how the pressure of the water is adjusted with the single handle?

A. This system has a pressure balance valve and trim. This system allows you to turn the water on (steady flow rate) and control the temperature by turning left or right for the hot or cold temperatures.

Single Handle Shower Faucet from the Essen Collection 2 5 1 1

Dont buy two The faucet itself is beautiful but if you want dual shower heads in you shower dont buy this product. I wanted two identical shower faucet in my shower and orded these. What they dont tell you is this faucet has two models and I received one of each. It seems the company that makes it didn't change the model number when the change was made so there is not way of knowing what you are going to get until you see it! If your looking for one shower faucet buy it if you want two forget it. April 22, 2011
