Product Reviews

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Faucet works fine; not so for soap dispenser Installing the faucet was straightforward and made easier with a new sink. Faucet works good, looks good. The inexpensive plastic pump on the soap dispenser didn't last 3 months though. Soon we had to refill the bottle within 3 inches of the top to enable the pump to pull the liquid soap. Warranty rep. offered to send new pump but with shipping at my cost. I refused. Went to store to exchange the pump with one out of new stock. Now it's going to cost Price Pfister a whole lot more money than shipping costs to make good on defective pump.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from 6 year review: Great Looks but.... I am a new home builder of 28 years. This faucet is in my personal home that I built and moved into January 2008. I am on a private well in Austin Hill Country which has mineral content. Water in house is run through a GE water softener and GE Whole House Filtration system. New Home Builders have some genetic thing that requires them to move into a new home every 3 to 8 (if your lucky) years. So I have had homes wit Moen, Delta, and so called better highend brands. So this is a review after 6 years in a home with Price Phister. 5 Stars: Looks and Finish: Finish is Brushed Stainless or Nickel. Faucet still has an up to date look and the finish still looks outstanding. No scratches etc. Really holds up well. Note: Price Pfister has a lifetime warranty on the faucet to the original purchaser. I think most of the big names have that now. Functional Wear and Tear: I'm at a point of frustration and tired of messing with it. I understand that mineral content can cause problems to occur faster than in public water systems with no mineral content. But I have always been prepared to deal with that.Faucets that are acting up because they have built up a mineral content I soak in a product called CLR (diluted usually with water). It has been great for cleaning mineral deposits off faucet parts including O-rings without damage. Really good with shower heads that have changed what was a nice hard spray to a single faucet dribble). This I would have to do with any brand of faucet.. Now I have Price Pfister faucets throughout my house. I have been happy with all of the faucets in the house except the Hanover in the kitchen. I have been able to keep all of the others operational. There are 2 things going one with the Hanover faucet. 1. I am having to replace something every year. 2. The parts that stop functioning in the Hanover can never just be be cleaned and re-installed. They break period. Replacing Parts annually: Actually until 2013 there had just been one part (the pullout spray head) that has had to be replaced annually. This year adds the hose to sprayer, the cartridge and the plastic gasket at cartridge and the faucet handle. I have 2 or 3 of the old sprayheads around that I have dismantled as much as possible. But whatever the problem is I can't find it and its just broken. The first year this happened and I called Price Phister for a new spray head for the faucet I was thinking this is how the world should be. If I had done a review then I would have given 5 stars for the faucet just on customer service. The 2nd year I wasn't so ecstatic but hey honored it. The 3rd year things changed and they wanted a $5.00 shipping and handling fee. I doubt that spray head cost $2.00 to manufacture. So I wasn't happy at all. After the 4th one I was just mad. It was obvious Price Pfister was more than con tent to do this for as long as I lived and that they were not concerned with fixing the bad design of the spray head. I'm not really all that upset about the other components. 6 years is a reasonable life expectancy. So I am giving the Price Pfiister Hanover faucet 2 stars. 1 star for the looks and durability of the finish. 1 star because I know Price Pfister can make good products. -3 stars for their failure to even consider correcting an on-going product issue and just let the customer deal with it year after year after year. This review is not a general opinion about all Price Pfister products. It is only about the Hanover faucet and the lack of a willingness to try and fix the problem as opposed to making me deal with it every year.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Excellent purchase!! I just love this faucet!! It looks gorgeous and the sprayer mechanism works smoothly and docks nicely. We did have an issue right after installation where a plastic washer type part wouldn't stay put and would come out of the end of the faucet everytime we used the sprayer. We called Price Pfister and they knew exactly what I was talking about (there was no part number for this 'washer' on the packing slip parts list) and they mailed one out to us, no charge. EASY!! Now it works perfectly. If you want a faucet that makes a quiet statement, this is it, I LOVE IT!!!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from soap pump pump broke immediately, weak construction of pump system? The faucet is great thu

Rated 2 out of 5 by from looks nice, has problems After not so long, the spray no longer stays up in the faucet. It's gradually gotten worse and worse, and is now hanging out about 3". Also, as a general comment on side handles, you always end up dripping a lot of water when you turn them off and the counter gets quite messy. I much prefer when the handle is in front, so your wet hand is still over the sink when you turn it off.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Not same finish as shown Just received this faucet in the mail. Feels nice and heavy but, finish does not have copper highlights as shown. Disappointed with that but need a 2" riser for deck mount installation so I will keep it.
