My soap dispenser shank broke and I can no longer screw the bottle into the shank. What is the replacement part number for only the shank as everything else works fine?
A. The Pfister 920-054 is doesn't have just the shank available unless you purchase the whole soap dispenser. If your soap dispenser is a different model than this it may be available though we would need to know the model of your soap dispenser.

we'll see
This soap dispenser is a replacement for the original which came with the faucet. The original quit working after only a year. This new one works fine, but I only hope it lasts longer than the first one.

Parts break easily and require full replacement
I have this soap dispenser as it came with the Treviso faucet I purchased just under 4 years ago. The pump mechanism on the sink broke within the first year, bur the people at Price Pfister were very nice and replaced it quickly at no charge. The problem comes with the threaded plastic shank that broke about 6 months ago. The threaded shank is not available as a separate part and requires that you purchase a replacement of the entire dispenser (at $35) to fix one faulty part. Needless to say, this has left me quite unhappy.

Just the right one
I broke the plastic thru the counter portion of the soap dispenser and this entire unit was an exact match to the original. I used the thru counter portion and saved the rest for the inevitable failure of other components down the road.
