Does this item need any additional parts for installation?

I'm looking for a tub spout (1" from the wall's pipe) and (3/4" at the end of the tub spout). Or anything that can fit 1" wall pipe. I couldn't find anything that is 1", the standards 1 are 1/2". Thanks
