Overall - Satisfied Thought the replacement of our shower handles/tub spout would be pretty straight-forward. Pro's - Overall, extremely easy ordering - Ensured that I was aware I needed the valve in addition to the handles/spout - Prompt Delivery Con's - Instructions were not particularly detailed. I would be wary if you are a novice. - Instructions also did not mention removing the valves before sweating, (if you are working with copper). I would recommend doing this, as you may damage the rubber/plastic parts due to the heat, otherwise. I would say that I was very pleased with Faucet Direct and marginally pleased with Pfister.
