Building a house. Have bought many items from faucet.com. Faucets, lighting, ceiling fan, etc. Delivery has always been reasonably quick, any problems have been addressed (wrong handles for one faucet, they were swapped out without too much effort - very unusual to get even mediocre customer service these days, let alone good customer service) Convenience of not taking an entire one or two days running all over to view what you can see online in 30 minutes is great. Also having product dropped off at the front door is very convenient.
