NOISEY FAN This is by far a very nisy fan. IF this was to be used in a bath only I would return it. However, it is in a laundry room and noise is not a big factor. May 15, 2011
Good light, fan option We had to replace the previous light/fan combination, as the fan wasn't strong enough, and the bath was staying damp. I really wanted to find something compatible, so I would not have to re-fit the opening, dig out Sheetrock, etc. I called NuTone and asked them if this one was compatible, and they were very helpful. This was perfect -- it fit exactly into the same base unit as our previous light/fan combination (Also NuTone). I just plugged it in. THIS fan is much more powerful, and has been working great for the last few months. April 25, 2011

Very good purchase Very good product. Moves a lot of air and is not to noisy. Only problem is with instalation in a existing bath is the cutout in the ceiling it has to exact and i mean exact or the vent cutout will show just a bit after complete instalation. Looks Great! I had a really old Nutone heater / light in the bathroom, and I wanted something that would fit in the same opening without having to patch up the plaster ceiling. I had to replace the old housing, but this did the trick and it looks beautiful. November 13, 2010
This fan/light combo is super loud. I'm so sorry I put it in my bathroom. I remodeled two baths and used this one in the master bathroom. I used a Hunter in the guest bath and it's wonderful. Don't buy this if you want to hear yourself think. It's about as loud as $25 fan. September 30, 2010

Great Exhaust It arrived with a small piece of plastic broken off the collar and was replaced within days. Once installed, it is a bit louder than our last one, but is super at removing the vapor from our new bathroom. We LOVE it and would highly recommend it. One Year Limited Warranty

Broan-NuTone warrants to the original consumer purchaser of its products that such products will be free from defects in materials or workmanship for a period of one year from the date of original purchase. THERE ARE NO OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

During this one-year period, Broan-NuTone will, at its option, repair or replace, without charge, any product or part which is found to be defective under normal use and service.THIS WARRANTY DOES NOT EXTEND TO FLUORESCENT LAMP STARTERS AND TUBES. This warranty does not cover (a) normal maintenance and service or (b) any products or parts which have been subject to misuse, negligence, accident, improper maintenance or repair (other than by Broan-NuTone), faulty installation or installation contrary to recommended installation instructions.

The duration of an implied warranty is limited to the one-year period as specified for the express warranty. Some states do not allow limitation on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitation may not apply to you.

BROAN-NUTONE'S OBLIGATION TO REPAIR OR REPLACE, AT BROAN-NUTONE'S OPTION, SHALL BE THE PURCHASER'S SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDY UNDER THIS WARRANTY.
