Service Your service was the absolute BEST I have had in purchasing on line, regardless of the product type. I am not in the building trades, just a home owner who needed to replace the exhaust fan in the bathroom. I ordered the product on line on Sunday night and expected it to arrive by week's end. It arrived Tuesday. Two day service for the regular shipping price cannot be beaten. If I have further needs I will return toyour site. September 30, 2011
Good basic exhaust fan This fan gives us a wonderful nightime white noise to sleep to. It is also easy to change out when the motor goes bad. You just order a whole new exhaust fan and slip out the blower assembly and plug it into the electrical slot. 2 minute job! April 23, 2011
Frustration The fan it self is a good fan. It does what I want it to do. My frustration is that they have changed the deminsions of the unit. So when I went to replace the fan, it would not fit. The unit has changed. I will now have to go up into the attic and start all over. Ugh November 21, 2009
nutone fan works for me I installed this fan myself. It replaced a round fan opening. It was easy to do and easy to hook up electric. It is not quiet but I like to know it is running so this is ok with me. I have a small bathroom and this fan is just right. It is designed well and inexpensive. November 10, 2008

One Year Limited Warranty

Broan-NuTone warrants to the original consumer purchaser of its products that such products will be free from defects in materials or workmanship for a period of one year from the date of original purchase. THERE ARE NO OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

During this one-year period, Broan-NuTone will, at its option, repair or replace, without charge, any product or part which is found to be defective under normal use and service.THIS WARRANTY DOES NOT EXTEND TO FLUORESCENT LAMP STARTERS AND TUBES. This warranty does not cover (a) normal maintenance and service or (b) any products or parts which have been subject to misuse, negligence, accident, improper maintenance or repair (other than by Broan-NuTone), faulty installation or installation contrary to recommended installation instructions.

The duration of an implied warranty is limited to the one-year period as specified for the express warranty. Some states do not allow limitation on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitation may not apply to you.

BROAN-NUTONE'S OBLIGATION TO REPAIR OR REPLACE, AT BROAN-NUTONE'S OPTION, SHALL BE THE PURCHASER'S SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDY UNDER THIS WARRANTY. BROAN-NUTONE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR SPECIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH PRODUCT USE OR PERFORMANCE.
