Product Reviews

Rated 4 out of 5 by from after a year still going strong We purchased the Icon series for our transitional style master bath in brushed nickel. Functionally there are no problems and none of the loose fitting problem on the sink kit that the other post mentions even after a full year of use. We installed it on top of stone counter with an undermount sink. The brushed nickel wasnt as bright as I had hoped it would be. It's more along the lines of brushed stainless but for our install it looks great. It is a water magnet and I have to use stainless cleaner to get the hard water marks off so if you want a shine, you may want to choose the chrome. We installed the towel rack and yes it has a 1 screw assembly but it is still firmly on the wall even with 2 young boys in the house. Of course, I wouldnt expect any towel rack to last if they were hanging on it, etc. We did use a heavy duty drywall screw mount rather than what came with the kit. Hope that helps you!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Walk away I purchased this in the brushed brass (along with a toilet paper holder & double towel rack). Don't make my mistake. The faucet - incredibly poor design. The spout has a mounting screw on the underside of the unit - barely accessible when the faucet is not mounted due to a brass piece that sits over it. The spout, which is supposed to be fixed, wiggles loose with use. So, in order to tighten the spout you need to remove the entire assembly - including the water intakes - to tighten it. Not just once, but every few months. Also - the worst finish for water spots possible. I'm so disappointed that I'm going to simply replace it & take the loss. BTW - The towel rack & toilet paper holder have a terrible mounting system (a single screw per side). I have three kids and the toilet paper holder didn't last a month on the wall. Just go ahead & order the drywall mud with it.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Looks fantastic! We love the brushed nickel faucet we put in our newly renovated bathroom. It is the perfect finishing touch to the countertop! It doesn't show water spots and is easy to clean as well!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Very Satisfied I received wonderful help with my order, and it was delivered very promptly! However, if you have a vessel sink, as we do, another type of drain is required. I highly recommend this product and company.
