Rated 1 out of 5 by from Buy better quality I installed this faucet last night. I bought it from Home Depot. The faucet was so high up on their display that I could not place my hands on it before my purchase. I got it home and found out that the handle is made of plastic. Very light feel to it. The faucet is also very insecure in the cradle if you can call it that. I will be taking this back asap.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Poor design The bolt that secures the faucet into the single hole comes loose as you pivot the faucet head. Horrible design, and I'm really surprised that Moen carries it. To boot, the majority of the faucet head is plastic, including the base, which turns with the faucet as it becomes loose. Don't waste your money!

Rated 2 out of 5 by from I bought this faucet assuming it was an exact replacement for the one that i was replacing. I was wrong this one {mod #ca87010 } looked like the one that i was replacing, but it does not have the hight of the old one,it is not secure in the holder, a slight brush aginst it and it falls out of the holder, the spray comes out so strong it splatters water all over the place.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Faulty after 3 months The faucet stopped to turn any of its 120° after 3 months. And I can't find the cause. Probably some gasket inside which became loose. And the cartridge nut is so tight, I am afraid of breaking it trying to unscrew it.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Faucet Needed to replace kitchen faucet, but didn't want to change the entire room because of color. Found the hard to find color on your site at a fair price. Description was on target and delivered as promised. I'm cheap, I'll be back. Thanks!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from JUNK, DON'T BUY This is the worst faucet I've ever seen. I can't believe that Moen sells it.The design is so poor. You tighten the one nut that holds it in place. Then you can't turn the faucet, side to side. There is no way to make it any better. It's plastic junk. I hate it, and my wife really hates it to.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Regret Great looking faucet, but it leaks. Already had the washer replaced, but it still leaks. For the amount of money I paid for this faucet, it should not leak.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Looks good, works great Yes, it is a heavy duty plastic, nice and light. Easy to install, doesn't leak, everything turns as it should. We chose it because of the similar color and previous style.I suspect the complainers are tightening it too tight. It needs to be snug but not so tight that they are putting excessive pressure on the fittings. Try plumbers putty and once it feels a little tight----( stop, not too tight, leave it alone, you're done!!!!! ). Sounds like they wanted a Cadillac at a Chevy price.
