Product Reviews

Rated 2 out of 5 by from looks good Looks good, but I already have problems and only had installed less than 6 months. The end pullout hose has come loose and leaked water under my sink and on my hardwood before I realized it was leaking.(this happened twice) Now I have an issue with the water turn on/off lever, it doesn't turn off correctly. Called moen they know about the problem and sent a kit asap but I still have to fix it. Too many problems for such a short time.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from issues with the faucet The spray head started leaking at the stream selection control, it leaks belond the ability to use it in the spray mode and now is leaking at the faucet shut-off (drips when it is off). This was too much money to spend on a faucet that only lasted for a short amount of time.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Save your Money Had problems with this product from the beginning. Sprayer has never wanted to retract with a good fit. Handle has broken twice and of course the warranty is up at 5 yrs. For such an expensive faucet, I'm sure I would have had better luck with a much less expensive unit from a different mfg.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from best faucet ever This Moen faucet is well engineered, well made, easy to install, looks great! Much better than the Delta faucet it replaced on all counts.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from should be more reliable for the price .... We have this faucet in our busy kitchen. Have had to replace the spray head as one of the plastic parts that's under pressure developed a number of spider like hairline fractures causing the sprayhead to leak profusely when under pressure. In the plus column Moen replaced it free of charge without even asking when I bought it. I have also had to get the handle repair kit as it broke and I notice it (the handle repair kit) is featured today on the fron page of this site as a popular item ... what does that tell you? Buy two! (repair kits that is). The sprayer will not properly retract unless the counterweight on the sprayer hose is properly positioned. Not a design flaw but a response to an earlier reviewer's complaint. At this site today to get another repacement part (plastic cap on handle) that broke because its been on and off so many times due to repeated repair of the handle. In all too much plastic and not enough chrome plated brass for such an expensive faucet. If Moen wants an ideal for quality to emulate, look to Strom Plumbing. Lots of heavily chrome plated brass that looks and feels great and does not break.
