Product Reviews

Rated 3 out of 5 by from A Little Disappointed I had a previous Moen kitchen faucet that I had purchased over 15 years ago. I was forced into buying a new faucet because it started leaking. I chose Moen again because it is a reputable brand. I'm a little disappointed with the new faucet because the hose is stiffer that the old one and a little difficult to use. The other feature I preferred in my original faucet was that it tilted up more, whereas this one really curves downward. (I didn't notice it when I chose it from the picture online.) Other than these two features the faucet has excellent water flow and is working well.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Love the Faucet I am amazed at how nice the faucet is. It moves so smoothly and switches from full stream, to full stream and spray, and then to spray while still in the holder. I can spray off the veggies while tossing them with my hands. That is something I could never do with the old fashioned hand held sprayer. The hose is long enough that I can fill a bucket over the edge of the sink on the floor.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Restricted Water flow My order was processed and shipped quicker then expected. Excellent job !! The item was easy to install and looks great. The only things we don't like is the restricted flow rate and having to push the pullout spray back into position. Seems the counterweight doesn't help at all.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Terrible product I got this faucet with a new home here less than 3 years ago. The faucet devloped a major hidden leak and has completely destroyed the wood under my sink. I took it out and its just dumping water out of it. What a aweful product, I won't be getting a Moen ever again. Less than 3 years old and used probably only half the time. What junk.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Moen? Moen has cut it's quality quite drastically, I was rather disappointed with the faucet. I was though quite happy with the people I dealt with at Faucet Direct. When contacted they immediately helped me return the item and recommended a fine alternative. I'll be happy to deal with these folks again and will certainly ask their support people for a recommendation.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Very nice product, clear instructions for install I received the product only days after I placed the order, much sooner than I expected. The product was neatly packed in a sturdy box, with individual parts easily identified. My boyfriend used about half an hour to install it reading the instructions. This was so easy! Now I have a beautiful faucet to use and the water flow is smooth. The handle and the hose work perfectly. The instructions were clear to follow. We don't know much about the sink and faucet. So I believe if we can do it, most people can,

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Not What I Expected From the reviews I read prior to purchase, I was expecting a better product. The faucet is just okay, not great. I was expecting a heavier weighted faucet. This one is very light and feels a little "cheap" to me. However, it works just fine. While I am not overjoyed with the quality of the product, I can't say enough good things about the GREAT customer service from Faucet Direct. I will definitely buy from them again.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Good looking and practical Design is sleek. Pull-out spray in faucet is a doubly useful feature for us as we've dedicated our separate pull-out outlet to reverse osmosis arrangement.
