About Mirabelle:

Mirabelle is a luxury private-label brand developed by North America’s largest and most-respected plumbing distributor and showroom network: Ferguson. As a showroom line, Mirabelle products must compete in an environment where every purchase is heavily considered; showroom shoppers aren’t the type to take shortcuts or fall for knock-offs. For this reason, quality is the cornerstone of Mirabelle’s design philosophy; their products live longer in one place than most people do. And because they do not have the high marketing overhead shared by the name brands, the pricing of Mirabelle products is surprisingly attractive.

Product Reviews

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Not worth it I ordered two of these for my master bath. One was missing some trim pieces so I installed the other while I awaited a replacement. The one I installed first was difficult to install without torquing the interconnect lines into a twisted snake like mass, leaked badly on first pass and the drain pull barely fit through a standard 1 3/8 hole without binding on the countertop. After installation and stopping the leaks I noticed that the faucet spout rocks in it's housing when either wiggled by hand or even when you turn the faucet on an off. I am sure it is only a matter of time until it starts leaking. Most annoyingly though, when the replacement faucet came in response to the original one with missing parts...the replacement was missing the entire deck mounting assembly and Y piece. Luckily the original faucet was missing other parts and between the two sets I was able to cobble together a whole set up. This one went in easier because I had a better idea of what were the stumbling blocks on the first one and I managed to get it installed without much leaking but still with the drain pull jammed up on the countertop hole and with considerable jockeying back and forth to avoid kinking/crimping the interconnect lines. I think the primary issue is one of poor engineering which I guess goes to the old saying you get what you pay for. This is a poorly engineered faucet made of middle to low grade materials and that combination makes for a frustrating installation. Add to that the fact that I got two faucets in a row with assorted missing parts....well there you have it. I have to compliment Faucet Direct on how friendly and quick they were in addressing the missing parts issue but to have it happen twice in a row...well, I won't be ordering from Faucet Direct ever again because the frustration wasn't worth the money saved and the quality of the faucet is at best marginal. They were nice enough to not make me return the left over pieces from the two faucets I used to make one (they made it into "field scrap") so kudos to them for treating me nicely. I just wish I had a better experience since the missing parts indicate to me a lack of operational oversight they overcome with volume (they had 800 of these faucets in stock) instead of with quality control of their inventory. Punchline: don't buy this faucet.
