DINNING ROOM CHANDELIER
I am extremely happy with the quality of this light. Customer service was helpful in clarifying the chain length so that I could order enough for our 12 ft ceiling.
It was a big change from the chrome and glass fixture that we replaced, but everyone thinks it's perfect for our tropical/eclectic room.

Nice light but wrong chain
I love the chandelier, however in at least one location in this chandelier's description on the web site it said the chain was 72 inches, but it was only 36 inches. This caused a problem and I had to get a replacement chain.

Chandelier provides lots of light
It really brightens up our interior space since we hung it in the stairway of our home. I needed something simple, classic but not busy, and very bright. It's fantastic.

Do not purchase this
I ordered this fixture and several more for my home of the same general design. When this one was received, one of the lamp holders was bent where it was attached to an arm of the chandelier. I contacted customer service and they immediately responded that they would send a replacement - and they did. When the replacement was received, it too, had a bent lamp. I have to assume it is poor quality production.
The other fixtures received are beautiful and well made. This one would be beautiful too, if I could just get one that wasn't bent.

Maxim Chandelier
The chandelier looks okay but the color is very dark and quite dull. Also, the shades are a little small. I ended up having to spray the fixture with a bronze color to give it a little shine.

With the exceptions listed below, Maxim Lighting International products are warranted to be free of defects in material and workmanship for ONE YEAR from date of shipment. The exceptions are:
The CounterMax™ MX-L LED Under Cabinet Lighting 87902WT/SA/MB, 87904WT/SA/MB, and 87906WT/SA/MB will be warranted for normal use for 25 years while the original purchaser owns it. Normal use means residential non-commercial use for no more than 6 hours per day in an environment that does not exceed 77°F.
The CounterMax™ MX-X12 Xenon Under Cabinet Lighting 87849WT/MB, 87851WT/MB, 87852WT/MB, 87853WT/MB, 87859WT/MB, 87861WT/MB, 87862WT/MB, 87863WT/MB will be warranted for normal use for 15 years while the original purchaser owns it. Normal use means residential non-commercial use for no more than 6 hours per day in an environment that does not exceed 77°F.
All Vivex™ outdoor fixtures will be warranted for normal use for 3 years while the original purchaser owns it.
Maxim Lighting International will, at its election, repair, replace or make appropriate adjustment where Maxim Lighting International inspection discloses any such defects occurring in normal usage within one (1) year after date of shipment. Maxim Lighting International is not responsible for removal or installation costs.
