Circa Classroom Function Door Knobset with Smart Key by Kwikset
The Circa is distinctive in its beauty and grace. It lends the perfect finish to almost any door. This is a Classroom Knob Set which means the exterior side is locked and unlocked by a key ONLY. The interior side is an independent knob which is always free.
- Key it Yourself: Lock is rekeyable by using the included learn tool in less than 30 seconds without removing the lock from the door.
- SmartKey cylinders also feature a stainless steel side locking bar, racks and pins for increased strength and security.
- Features a fully adjustable latch to fit all standard door preparations (2-3/8" to 2-3/4" backsets)
- ANSI/BHMA Grade 2 Security
- Compatible with both right handed and left handed doors
- Includes Standard Round Corner Strike Plate Part Number 83796 (Strike Plate is on Door Jamb). For Square Corner Strike Plate See Product: Kwikset 83437. For a T-Strike Plate See: Kwikset 83028.
- Door Prep: Cross bore 2-1/8" Edge Bore 1" Latch Face 1" x 2-1/4"
- Door thickness: 1-3/8"-1-3/4" doors (standard)

I am looking for a double keyed doorknob where you must use a key for the lock on each side of the door ... do you know if this is the correct knob
A. The Kwikset 744CA-S is a single cylinder lock. You need a double cylinder door knob. An example of this is the Schalge D72PD-ORB. You can view the rest of the double cylinder doorknobs by clicking "door knobs" under the door hardware heading, then selecting "keyed entry." After that go to the left of the page and under the "function" header click "double cylinder."

Warranties cover the original residential user of Kwikset Products against defects in material and workmanship as long as the original user occupies the residential premises upon which the product was originally installed. This warranty DOES NOT COVER abused or misused products or non-commercial products used in commercial applications.
If a covered defect occurs, email or call 1- 800-327-LOCK (5625) for further assistance. A finish deterioration occurring from the use of paints, solvents or other chemicals is not a defect in the finish and is not covered by this warranty.
