Comfortable Doorknob We purchased a set 8 years ago for the use of an elderly family member. She found the egg shape comfortable to open with less use of the muscles in her hand. Now we needed to replace other door sets in the vicinity of this one but were unable to find them locally. Thank goodness for handlesets.com. This company is very reliable and helpful especially when I needed to add another set to the three on a completed order and had to call customer service. Would go back to them in a heart beat. Perfect Match and perfect look I had some old brass door knobs in my house from kwikset and ordered these online hoping I did not have any problem replacing the old ones. They were perfect looking and easy to install. January 30, 2009
Painless shopping, good prices, fast shipping. I had originally purchase a Kwikset oiled bronze handleset from the local store. When I went back months later to get matching knobs for the rest of the house, they didn't carry them. They did have their house brand substitutes, but they looked poorly made and I'd had problems with other house brand items I'd purchased from them in the past. I found Handlesets.com browsing the internet and they had everything I needed, so I decided to take a chance. Keyed knobs, keyed deadbolts, privacy knobs, closet knobs, all made by Kwikset from the same series as the original handleset. They offer deadbolt and keyed knobs with same key option. Much to my pleasure, I ordered 2 deadbolts and 2 keyed knobs with same key option, and they all work from the same key! I purchased a total of 8 knobs and 2 deadbolts. I paid the same price I would have at the local home improvement place, and shipping was very reasonable. It was almost half of what I would have paid in local sales tax, so I actually come out ahead. I had my order several days after I ordered it. Everything was in perfect shape. A good experience, and I will recommend it to friends and family doing home improvement. December 6, 2007

Warranties cover the original residential user of Kwikset Products against defects in material and workmanship as long as the original user occupies the residential premises upon which the product was originally installed. This warranty DOES NOT COVER abused or misused products or non-commercial products used in commercial applications.

If a covered defect occurs, email or call 1- 800-327-LOCK (5625) for further assistance. A finish deterioration occurring from the use of paints, solvents or other chemicals is not a defect in the finish and is not covered by this warranty.

Kwikset is not liable for incidental or consequential damages. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above exclusion may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may also have other rights that vary from state to state. Mechanical and finish warranties are different for each Kwikset brand. One or more brands may be installed in your home (for instance, Kwikset UltraMax Signatures™ on the front door and Kwikset Maximum Security® on interior doors).
