  • When selecting Keying Options above,PLEASE NOTE: This item is treated as one sku and by selecting Keyed alike the handle and deadbolt will be keyed alike. Keyed Differently will only be needed if you are ordering more than quantity one of these Combo packs. Keyed Differently on quantities more than one will mean each pack will be keyed differently.     A. Yes you can get them all keyed the same. When you order you will be asked if you want them keyed alike.

  • Where do you find the key code?

    A. If the key code is not on your key, you can have a locksmith put your key in a tumbler to read out your key code.

  • I have a 2 1/4" thick door. Will the 81706 kit work with the 690T hand set? Which thick door kit will work with the 690T deadbolt?

    A. The Kwikset 690T will not work with the door thickness.

Keyed alike knob and deadbolt The product were shipped promptly, and were as advertised. It was nice to be able to get all the locks keyed alike for a very nominal fee. They were easy to install, with simple instruction in the box. They are also adjustable for slightly different door width and cylinder depth. Easy project. October 5, 2011
Good product, great price I purchased 2 sets of door locks and needed then keyed alike, HandleSet included the rekeying in the price. Which was a great deal. All other sights charged extra for rekeying. Their product is good, their prices are great and their service was fast. I will order again from them. May 1, 2011

Warranties cover the original residential user of Kwikset Products against defects in material and workmanship as long as the original user occupies the residential premises upon which the product was originally installed. This warranty DOES NOT COVER abused or misused products or non-commercial products used in commercial applications.

If a covered defect occurs, email or call 1- 800-327-LOCK (5625) for further assistance. A finish deterioration occurring from the use of paints, solvents or other chemicals is not a defect in the finish and is not covered by this warranty.

Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above exclusion may not apply to you.
