Kwikset Security Series Polo Privacy Door Knobset

This simple, round, doorknob would be a wonderful addition in any décor. Perfect for bedrooms and bathrooms where a little privacy is desired, this knob locks and unlocks from the inside with a turn button, and unlocks from the outside with an emergency key. Easy to install, a Phillips screw-driver is all that is needed!

  • Interior Rosette has EXPOSED SCREWS and are not concealed on the interior side.
  • Includes Standard Round Corner Strike Plate Part Number 83796 (Strike Plate is on Door Jamb). For Square Corner Strike Plate See Product: Kwikset 83437. For a T-Strike Plate See: Kwikset 83028.
  • Kwikset Polo Bed/Bath Leverset is for Bedroom and/or Bathroom doors where locking from the interior is needed.
  • Door Prep: Cross Bore: 2-1/8". Edge Bore: 1". Latch Face: 1" x 2-1/4".
  • ANSI/BHMA A 156.2 Grade 2 certified.

  • would the Kwikset 200P and 300P be the sets that would be needed for interior hall, closet, bedroom, and bathrooms. Does 1 set include knobs for both sides of the doors?

    A. The Kwikset 300P and the 200P are used for those applications. Both models come as both sides of the door. The 300P would be the variation you would want to use on bathrooms / master bedrooms.

Nice set The finish is very nice and it seems durable. This is exactly what I was looking for in a chrome on one side and brass on the other knob set and it finished off the bathroom perfectly. January 12, 2010
Perfect Customer Service Oddly enough, I found it impossible to find this finish in my area...The product itself is quite reliable. I have used the "polo" kwikset knobs for other home projects but not in this finish. I would say these knobs are not designed for commercial and/or high usage doors but are more than adequate for single family homes. I cannot say enough about how well Handlesets processed this order. Handling and shipping time was extraordinarily fast. I most definitely would recommend both the product as well as the seller. January 9, 2009
Very disappointed I could deal with exchanging the product for the nicks and scratches it came with, but I did not like the design of the handset screws being on the exterior handle. I've never seen handles with the screws on the exterior. For security and aesthetics this is not preferred. August 11, 2008

Warranties cover the original residential user of Kwikset Products against defects in material and workmanship as long as the original user occupies the residential premises upon which the product was originally installed.
