  • Both levers are always free.
  • Passage function is for Hall and/or closet doors

  • Will this fit a handleset on the interior?

    A. This is a passage door leverset (interior and exterior lever included). This type of leverset does not have locking capabilities but does have a latch to fully close the door. This function is recommended for pantry and closet doors.

    A. Yes, the Kwikset 200DL dummy version is the Kwikset 488DL.

Excellent match I purchased three of these handsets to match existing handsets in the rest of the house. Although the rest of the handsets are not Kwikset, they matched so well that the 1/8" difference is imperceptible. January 10, 2011

Warranties cover the original residential user of Kwikset Products against defects in material and workmanship as long as the original user occupies the residential premises upon which the product was originally installed. This warranty DOES NOT COVER abused or misused products or non-commercial products used in commercial applications.

If a covered defect occurs, email or call 1- 800-327-LOCK (5625) for further assistance. A finish deterioration occurring from the use of paints, solvents or other chemicals is not a defect in the finish and is not covered by this warranty.
