Product Technologies and Benefits:

  • Precision Kerox Cartridges: The cartridge’s job is to deliver smooth handle operation and water flow, throughout hundreds of thousands of uses, without ever leaking – all while under a punishing 60 pounds-per-square-inch of pressure. For these reasons, it is quite literally what “makes or breaks” the faucet. Kraus understands this, so they take no shortcuts here, importing their cartridges from the world’s leading manufacturer of high-end precision ceramic disc cartridges, Kerox in Hungary.
  • Swiss-Made NeoPerl Aerators: Aerators are possibly the most under-appreciated component within faucets. Not only do they soften the stream (preventing splashing), but they also control the straightness, diameter, overall delivery of water. Fortunately, like their cartridges, Kraus recognizes this and chooses to takes no gambles here – they import their aerators from NeoPerl in Switzerland, the world’s leading manufacturer for high-end and specialty aerators.
  • Heavily Certified: Kraus has gone to great lengths to be able to provide you, the homeowner, the rest-easy satisfaction knowing that your faucet is certified and listed by all the major product testing boards in the US and Canada. This means that this faucet is deemed safe to use and that it meets all applicable building codes. Certifications and listings include: UPC, cUPC, CSA, IAPMO, ANSI and SCC.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Looks cool, Not functional Sure it looks great, but I am sick of the splashing every single time. Not just a little splashing but all over the mirror - up and to the side. There doesn't seem to be any way to get a nice low flow either. On low, it dribbles and splurts and splashes almost worth than full blast. My container of makeup brushes gets wet, and I just discovered that the wet vanity top (from the splashing) has mixed with paint or something off some of the new decorative items and stained the new vanity counter. My bathroom has been remodeled for a couple of weeks, and I can see I have made a big mistake. There's no way I can live with this. If you have it in a guest bathroom, your mirror will be a mess as soon as one person washes his hands, and your guests will not be happy with the splashes on their clothes. I HATE THIS FAUCET.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Looks Great! Looks great, but splashes everywhere. Best solution is to turn it on fully so that the water pressure creates a stronger stream. Quite a conversation piece & overall, I love it. Instructions were lousy, but you can figure it out.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Nice design, but not so functional This tap looks great, feel great, but when turned on, it did not come with an aerator which means lots of splashes!! Solid tap and looks great.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Splatters When the water comes out of the spicket it splatters all over the counter, up on the mirror, just everywhere.....I love the design, but I'm tired of cleaning waterspots....

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Kraus mil 1202 Our contractor put it in. It didn't include the assembly for the drain so we had to purchase one that must be pushed it fill up or empty the sink. In the initial use, we had to figure out that the handle position for hot is straight up. The faucets (we have two in the master bath) provide some interest in this room as well as being fun to use. We have very hard water so we'll need to wipe them down to keep water spots away.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Love this faucet I read the reviews and am glad that I did nto listen to the Negative Nancys on here. I installed the faucet in minutes and the water flow is perfect and no splashing in the low undermount sink. The mounting method is so much better than some faucets from Menards or Home Depot, the Kraus Faucet was worth my money.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Bathroom Faucet I loved this faucet when I saw and ordered it,unfortunatly I did not installed id because I used a surface sink and this faucet would not clear. How ever I kept both of them for my other property because They are that good

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Excellent Faucet I fell in love with this faucet the moment I saw it on faucetdirect website. I had some reservations based on users' reviews when I ordered the product. Upon receiving, I was very pleased. The faucet design, construction and material is of top quality. Assembly instructions were poor but the assembly itself wasn't hard. For those looking to use it on a three hole sink, it is possible. I bought two sink hole covers and was able to install this faucet on the existing sink. Otherwise, I would have to replace the sink and the counter which would have cost me a fortune. Glad I didn't have to do that. You need to open the tap fully to avoid splashing. There is no aerator. If there is ever air buildup (if you shut down water supply from the main), be prepared for major splashing for a short time. Other than that, no complaints. It has drawn compliments from our guests and is quite a conversation piece. Highly recommended!!!
