A. Thank you for your question. The Kohler K-T461-4S is constructed of solid brass, none of the chrome parts are plastic. Any Kohler shower head could be substituted for the included shower head, as long as you purchased the required shower arm with the new head.

what is the diffeence between k-t10423-4v and k-t10421-4v? Also, what is the diffrences between required accessories k-304-k, k-204-ks, and k-306-ks?
A. The Kohler K-10421-4v is a thermostatic valve that only controls temperature. The K-10423-4v is its accompanying volume control. The 304-k is a standard 1/2" connection Kohler rough in valve. The 306-ks is the 3/4" connection rough in for higher flow systems.
