I just need the shower faucet..can that be sold separetly?

What is the difference between the 3 valves offered for selection? There is a big price difference between them.
A. The Kohler K-T14422-4 has three rough in valves available. The K-304-KS, has screwdriver stops, so you can turn the water off inside, instead of out.(using just a screwdriver). The K-304-K, does not have stops. The K-2971-KS, has the works, made for high volume jobs and many features.

Can I have this installed without the water spout for a cleaner look in a shower with no bathtub? Also, is this suitable for installation with 1/2 inch pipes?

Can this system be installed with half inch pipes (does the trim and lever handle fit a 1/2 inch pipe)? Can it also be intalled with a hand held shower and if so, what handheld shower model would fit?
A. The Kohler K-T14422-4 is the shower trim and valve. There's two valves that go with this. A 3/4 inch and the 1/2 inch which is the K304. You would have to get a diverter valve to add another component to it, a K728 (allow you to use each individually or at the same time). The Purist handheld is recommended #K798.
