Beautiful faucet....but has some issures for me
The oil rubbed bronze shower head looks gorgeous in our new shower, but I feel the valve you must install with it restrict the water pressure and keeps the water from getting quite hot enough for my liking. Our old head got much better water pressure so I don't think its our plumbing but rather the restricting valve. But...looks amazing.

Showerhead neck too short
We bought fixtures for a new home, and were surprised when the plumber showed us that the neck for this Kelston showerhead is too short. Now I have to find a longer neck at the local supply house that is Kohler chrome compatable. Very disappointing that this is sending us back to searching for fixture elements at the end of our construction project.
We haven't even used it yet, so I am rating 3 stars.

great choice
The design of this shower head and control is very pleasing to the eye. I purchased the brushed nickel and that finish is lusterous and easy to clean.
There is lots of water flow from the shower head which makes for a great shower!

Kohler Lifetime Limited Warranty
Kohler Co. warrants its faucets to be leak and drip free during normal residential use for as long as the original purchaser owns his/her home.* If the faucet should leak or drip during normal use, Kohler will, free of charge, mail to the purchaser the cartridge necessary to put the faucet in good working condition.
Kohler also warrants all other aspects of the faucet, except gold finish, to be free of defects in material and workmanship during normal residential use for as long as the original purchaser owns his/her own home. If a defect is found in normal residential use, Kohler Co. will (at its election) repair, provide a replacement part or product, or make appropriate adjustment. Damage to a product caused by accident, misuse, or abuse is not covered by this warranty.
Proof of purchase (original sales receipt) must be provided to Kohler with all warranty claims. Kohler Co. is not responsible for labor charges, installation, or other consequential costs.
