Single Handle RiteTemp Tub and Shower Trim with Single Function Showerhead from the Pinstripe Series

Expensive, but worth it
This tub and shower set looks great and works really well. Like the other pieces in the Pinstripe series, it captures the vintage, 1930-ish, Art Deco look very well, but it functions with the convenience of modern plumbing.
The showerhead is quite large, much bigger than many showerheads. It is only a simple, single function shower - there is only one setting and you cannot adjust it to create a pulsating or massage effect. But that one mode is quite nice, almost a rainshower effect because of the large head.
The pushbutton diverter to send the water up to the shower works very smoothly, and pops right back out as soon as you turn the water off (this is probably due also to the required Kohler rough-in valve, which has to be purchased separately).
It is hard to see in the picture online, but the plate behind the cross handle is nicely engraved with a very light arrow indicating which way to turn the valve to make the water hotter. It is classy and understated.
The tub spout is quite large, and has a very solid, heavy feel to it. The whole system just feels very substantial, like it is really built to last.

Kohler Lifetime Limited Warranty
Kohler Co. warrants its faucets to be leak and drip free during normal residential use for as long as the original purchaser owns his/her home.* If the faucet should leak or drip during normal use, Kohler will, free of charge, mail to the purchaser the cartridge necessary to put the faucet in good working condition.
Kohler also warrants all other aspects of the faucet, except gold finish, to be free of defects in material and workmanship during normal residential use for as long as the original purchaser owns his/her own home. If a defect is found in normal residential use, Kohler Co. will (at its election) repair, provide a replacement part or product, or make appropriate adjustment. Damage to a product caused by accident, misuse, or abuse is not covered by this warranty.
Proof of purchase (original sales receipt) must be provided to Kohler with all warranty claims. Kohler Co. is not responsible for labor charges, installation, or other consequential costs.
In no event shall the responsibility of Kohler exceed the purchase price of the faucet.
