Love the product hated the lead time
Faucet direct somehow found this product when others couldn't. Only complaint, we bought 4 and they appear to be slightly different - the escutcheon (the plate between the handle and the wall) appear to be from different design timeframes. Not that you notice unless you are the homeowner - guests wouldn't look that close.
Oil rubbed bronze items from Kohler are beautiful, but for some reason the volume controls were the only component we had trouble finding when we needed it.
No complaint from us with respect to Faucet Direct - they did a fine job.
