What is the difference between this product and the Kohler T 10359, they look the same but do different things?
A. The Kohler K-T10277-4 is a pressure balanced trim that works as an all in one handle, turns on the pressure and then temperature is adjusted by the handle. The K-T10359 is a thermostatic trim only. It only controls the temperature of the water and is to be coupled with a separate volume control handle.

Will this handle also adjust the water pressure. We would like one handle to adjust both temperature and water pressure. Thanks
A. The Kohler K-T10277-4 is a pressure balanced valve trim that does not offer independent control of both temperature and pressure. Turning it on turns the water on full blast and temperature is adjusted by turning the handle left and right.

Does this valve control both the pressure & temperature?
A. The Kohler K-T10277-4 turns on the water flow and allows you to adjust the temperature. If you wish to control both the water temperature and the water pressure you will need to get both a thermostatic trim and valve, along with a volume control handle.

Great design & quality
I am a Remodeling Contractor and use Kohler parts frequently. They always meet my expectations. This part had a brushed nickel finish and was a replacement for one I had purchased a few weeks prior. Reason for the replacement is because the first one had the finish blackened by strong acid fumes. Normally I gut a bathroom and replace everything. In this application a friend requested that I just update an existing bathroom keeping the existing tub. I sub contracted a tub reglazing company to do the work. In order to make the new finish adhere to the tub they acid etched it. The acid fumes are very strong and and though there was no contact with the trim, just the fumes caused it to turn an even almost black color. So if you ever consider reglazing do not install trim before the glazing is completed. By the way I didn't think to highly of reglazing a tub but these guys used a urethane process (not the original epoxy process) and the result was excellent.

Kohler Lifetime Limited Warranty
Kohler Co. warrants its faucets to be leak and drip free during normal residential use for as long as the original purchaser owns his/her home.* If the faucet should leak or drip during normal use, Kohler will, free of charge, mail to the purchaser the cartridge necessary to put the faucet in good working condition.
Kohler also warrants all other aspects of the faucet, except gold finish, to be free of defects in material and workmanship during normal residential use for as long as the original purchaser owns his/her own home. If a defect is found in normal residential use, Kohler Co. will (at its election) repair, provide a replacement part or product, or make appropriate adjustment. Damage to a product caused by accident, misuse, or abuse is not covered by this warranty.
Proof of purchase (original sales receipt) must be provided to Kohler with all warranty claims. Kohler Co. is not responsible for labor charges, installation, or other consequential costs.
In no event shall the responsibility of Kohler exceed the purchase price of the faucet.
