Is the frame actually silver? Mine arrived all tarnished and I don't know how to clean it.
A. The Kohler K-CB-CLW2026SS is not actually silver. You can clean it with 50/50 water and alcohol. I suggest calling Kohler for warranty. If you have any other questions please call 800-375-3403 x725 for Jordan. I hope this helps.

I don't understand how an verhead light fixture placed several inches above the cabinet could interfere with the door ? The cabinet will be recessed.

Recommend for price
Was looking for a recessed silvertone frame that was simple but decorative. This worked perfect for the price. Well constructed with mirrored interior and adjustable glass shelves.The only thing I might say is that there is no magnet or other type clip for tight closure on the interior door. Instead it is a soft plastic closing door with no metal clips which seemed unusual but has not been a problem.

great medicine cabinet
it is well-made. Love the 3 mirror surfaces: outside and inside the door, and behind the shelves. We mounted it on wall exterior, so fitted the side mirror panels that are included--looks nice.
only minor gripe: the small areas where gray plastic shows when you open cabinet are not as classy as the rest of the look--but this is minor.

This medicine cabinet is extremely well made and looks FANTASTIC in the bathroom. I bought 2 cabinets to go over the 2 sinks in my bathroom. The mirrors on the side of the cabinet really finishes it. The trim is beautiful. And, I love the mirrors inside the cabinet, too. The It's a great price for a cabinet that is top quality and great looking. The packaging was over to top to ensure that it would arrive in perfect condition! I'm so glad I found this cabinet!! My bathroom looks great with these cabinets! This is my 2nd purchase from Faucet Direct and it won't be my last either.

Kohler Lifetime Limited Warranty
Kohler Co. warrants its faucets to be leak and drip free during normal residential use for as long as the original purchaser owns his/her home.* If the faucet should leak or drip during normal use, Kohler will, free of charge, mail to the purchaser the cartridge necessary to put the faucet in good working condition.
Kohler also warrants all other aspects of the faucet, except gold finish, to be free of defects in material and workmanship during normal residential use for as long as the original purchaser owns his/her own home. If a defect is found in normal residential use, Kohler Co. will (at its election) repair, provide a replacement part or product, or make appropriate adjustment. Damage to a product caused by accident, misuse, or abuse is not covered by this warranty.
Proof of purchase (original sales receipt) must be provided to Kohler with all warranty claims. Kohler Co. is not responsible for labor charges, installation, or other consequential costs.
In no event shall the responsibility of Kohler exceed the purchase price of the faucet.
