Great Quality
I replaced acrylic jet trims with chrome trims for my jacuzzi tub. The new flex jet trims make my tub look high end and brand new. The trim set washes nicely and dries to a beautiful shine. The jet trim kit arrived by 2 day air, as promised. The price for the kit and delivery was reasonable. My only complaint is that I didn't receive a small rubber piece that was shown with the chrome flex jet trim kit. However, I still had my old one. I will make additional purchases from FaucetDirect.

Exactly as described. Great value for the money! Hard to go wrong with Kohler. We have done about 20 bathrooms this year with Kohler products and all have been exactly as described. Do your research on valves, though. There are some previous year models that are just as good that you can get at a better price and pay attention to those package deals from your big box retailers (HD and Lowes), they are rarely a good deal if you know what you are doing. Buy what you need and save yourself some money. Often either the valve doesn't come with the fixture and trim kits, or you buy too much and end up with unused parts.
