Hose does not include washers
This is only the hose and the fittings for both ends. The rubber washers needed to seal the connections on both ends are not included. You will need to order separately.

Sturdy metal shower hose
This is a very good hand shower hose. It is made of solid metal, feels nice and sturdy, and swivels easily at the ends to allow you to move the hand shower around without restriction. The hose is weighty enough to hang down nice and straight when the hand shower is resting on its hook, but it does not feel excessively heavy when you are using it. The hose was slightly kinked when first installed, but my plumber correctly predicted that it would straighten itself out after hanging on the wall and being used for a couple of weeks. It did.
Kohler makes this hose in a wide variety of finishes, and the style is perfectly neutral - you can use it with most if not all of their series of fixtures. I bought two of these hoses - one in polished chrome to use with a Memoirs elbow and holder, and one in brushed bronze to use with Bancroft fixtures. Both look great. I'm not sure why the brushed bronze finish has to cost nearly three times as much as chrome, but Kohler has you over a barrel - if you are using brushed bronze fixtures, you don't have much choice but to get the hose in brushed bronze as well.

Perfect Length
Hose length is perfect and is plenty flexible. Love the brushed bronze color to match my other items!

Kohler Lifetime Limited Warranty
Kohler Co. warrants its faucets to be leak and drip free during normal residential use for as long as the original purchaser owns his/her home.* If the faucet should leak or drip during normal use, Kohler will, free of charge, mail to the purchaser the cartridge necessary to put the faucet in good working condition.
Kohler also warrants all other aspects of the faucet, except gold finish, to be free of defects in material and workmanship during normal residential use for as long as the original purchaser owns his/her own home. If a defect is found in normal residential use, Kohler Co. will (at its election) repair, provide a replacement part or product, or make appropriate adjustment. Damage to a product caused by accident, misuse, or abuse is not covered by this warranty.
Proof of purchase (original sales receipt) must be provided to Kohler with all warranty claims. Kohler Co. is not responsible for labor charges, installation, or other consequential costs.
In no event shall the responsibility of Kohler exceed the purchase price of the faucet.
