Doesn't toilet K3468 already come with a lift flush?
A. That is correct, many KOHLER Toilets will come with the flush actuators in Polished Chrome. However if you desire the actuator in another finish, such as Brushed Nickel or Polished Brass, then you would need to purchase the K-9446 in addition to the toilet.

Does the knob come with the lift rod? I really need the rod, not the knob.

Easy to install
This was a great replacement for my polished bronze handle. I am pleased with the finish/look and it was easy to install/replace.
