Loved it, but.....
The Kohler toilet trip lever was absolutely beautifull and just what I wanted. But I have an American Standard toilet and learned I must have an American Standard trip lever. But the return of the Kohler trip lever was no problem and I was able to make a seamless exchange of the Kohler trip lever for a polished brass American Standard trip lever. Customer Service was very friendly and knowledgeable and helpful in making the exchange.
