Kohler K-9397 (Fixture): Shower Receptor
I bought a 36 x 48 pan for a shower remodel. I received it in only one day, but it had a small crack in the lip. I emailed the company and they sent me a new one, no questions asked, and it arrived a day after I emailed them. I received excellent customer service. The pan itself was a little different than I expected; the pictures don't give a real idea of the product. That being said, it is a good product and I'm satisfied with it and the company.
