    A. The Kohler K-9135 installation instructions recommend using PVC cement on the outside of the flange. The collar of the unit does thread down into the rough in.

    A. The Kohler K-9948 is actually designed to work with the K-9132 drain rather than the K-9135.

    A. The Kohler K-9135 is not the recommended drain for the k-9928. The manufacturer recommends the K-9132 drain assembly according to the specification sheet for the shower receptor.
