Featuring a convenient open/close stopper, the Duostrainer basket is offered separately so you can mix and match colors and finishes with KOHLER sinks and drains. The basket is for sink strainer installations with 3-1/2" or 4" outlets and is available in an array of KOHLER finishes and colors.

very disappointed
The strainer does not look as it was shown in the picture. It was made of plastic. I decided to keep it because the plumber has to install it along with our kitchen faucet the next day. It is very expensive not worth the price.

Thanks Faucet Direct
I did an extensive remodel of my kitchen in 2000. It will last me forever. I paid dearly for my Kohler polished brass faucet package and was dismayed when one of the strainer baskets and faucet head broke. I searched locally and no one could replace them- so I hopped on the net and found Faucetdirect. You guys are my new BFF- not only were you able to replace my parts you got them to me in record time. Customer service like that is usually a thing of the past-but you all have taken it to a new level. I have mentioned this to friends who will eventually also need replacement parts and more importantly I told my handiman who will surely need your services more than most. Thank you, thank you, thank you for your quick respose to my problem- you guys are the best!

Great basket strainers
I purchased three shiny chrome strainers to replace the original ones in our Kohler sinks (which lasted about nine years before breaking down).
These are very nice, heavy-weight strainer baskets (compared to the cheapies found in the home improvement stores).
We were happy that we didn't have to buy the whole drain assembly just to get the basket strainers.
We were also pleased that they were about a third of the cost had we purchased from the Kohler website!

Couldn't find locally
Very satisfied with product and selection of products when I first searched. This has been a life saver for us since nobody local carried this design. Would recommend this product and company to everyone, and I am.

The basket strainer i have ''oil rubbed finish'' it keeps chipping because kohler apply a finish over a crome basket .

Kohler Lifetime Limited Warranty
Kohler Co. warrants its faucets to be leak and drip free during normal residential use for as long as the original purchaser owns his/her home.* If the faucet should leak or drip during normal use, Kohler will, free of charge, mail to the purchaser the cartridge necessary to put the faucet in good working condition.
Kohler also warrants all other aspects of the faucet, except gold finish, to be free of defects in material and workmanship during normal residential use for as long as the original purchaser owns his/her own home. If a defect is found in normal residential use, Kohler Co. will (at its election) repair, provide a replacement part or product, or make appropriate adjustment. Damage to a product caused by accident, misuse, or abuse is not covered by this warranty.
Proof of purchase (original sales receipt) must be provided to Kohler with all warranty claims. Kohler Co. is not responsible for labor charges, installation, or other consequential costs.
In no event shall the responsibility of Kohler exceed the purchase price of the faucet.
