Excellent
Exactly as described. Great value for the money! Hard to go wrong with Kohler. We have done about 20 bathrooms this year with Kohler products and all have been exactly as described. Do your research on valves, though. There are some previous year models that are just as good that you can get at a better price and pay attention to those package deals from your big box retailers (HD and Lowes), they are rarely a good deal if you know what you are doing. Buy what you need and save yourself some money. Often either the valve doesn't come with the fixture and trim kits, or you buy too much and end up with unused parts.

Cheap! Cheap!
I bought Kohler expecting something substantial. For nearly $300 I got a chrome plated plastic toy. The mounting bar is plastic, as is the hand held shower and all the mounts. The flimsy plastic soap dish MUST be used to mount the bottom of the slide bar, and further cheapens the look. Hotel series? It would break in a week.
I should have sent it back!
$300? Maybe $30.

poor quality unequal to kohler rep
I expected a substantial product but what i received was a bar that was very light-weight and support pieces made of solid plastic. the hose was flimsy and the handpiece was plastic.

Kohler Lifetime Limited Warranty
Kohler Co. warrants its faucets to be leak and drip free during normal residential use for as long as the original purchaser owns his/her home.* If the faucet should leak or drip during normal use, Kohler will, free of charge, mail to the purchaser the cartridge necessary to put the faucet in good working condition.
Kohler also warrants all other aspects of the faucet, except gold finish, to be free of defects in material and workmanship during normal residential use for as long as the original purchaser owns his/her own home. If a defect is found in normal residential use, Kohler Co. will (at its election) repair, provide a replacement part or product, or make appropriate adjustment. Damage to a product caused by accident, misuse, or abuse is not covered by this warranty.
Proof of purchase (original sales receipt) must be provided to Kohler with all warranty claims. Kohler Co. is not responsible for labor charges, installation, or other consequential costs.
