Expensive but worth it
Has some kind of restriction valve so the water doesn't come shooting out. When it's turned on the water flows out like a waterfall. You sacrifice pressure for style but it's enough water to brush your teeth with or wash your hands. The water spout is wider than it looks in the picture and wider than you expect...close to 3 inches.
