    A. The Kohler K-7272 different oil rubbed bronze are actually different. The more expensive one will have highlights on the overflow where the other oil rubbed bronze with not.

  • I want the Kohler tub, but the reviews indicate the drain assembly won't stay closed. Has this problem been fixed? Or is their an alternative assembly for the drain?

There have been customers that have had great experiences with this drain and I can respect those who have not. Keep in mind the installation factor and if a qualified installer installed the drain. can't fill my tub!! no matter what I do, the water doesn't stay in my tub. I press the drain with my foot - that's supposed to close it, right? - and the water drains out - more slowly than if the drain is open, but it still drains out. What gives? !! August 27, 2011
not very good drain this drain doesn't close well at all. it takes 10 attempts to close it. it closes 90% (water still keeps leaking out) and then it takes "special touch" to close it so that no water leaks out. not super happy about that. June 11, 2011

Kohler Lifetime Limited Warranty

Kohler Co. warrants its faucets to be leak and drip free during normal residential use for as long as the original purchaser owns his/her home.* If the faucet should leak or drip during normal use, Kohler will, free of charge, mail to the purchaser the cartridge necessary to put the faucet in good working condition.

Kohler also warrants all other aspects of the faucet, except gold finish, to be free of defects in material and workmanship during normal residential use for as long as the original purchaser owns his/her own home. If a defect is found in normal residential use, Kohler Co. will (at its election) repair, provide a replacement part or product, or make appropriate adjustment. Damage to a product caused by accident, misuse, or abuse is not covered by this warranty.

Proof of purchase (original sales receipt) must be provided to Kohler with all warranty claims. Kohler Co. is not responsible for labor charges, installation, or other consequential costs.

In no event shall the responsibility of Kohler exceed the purchase price of the faucet.
